Overview

This 6-day budget safari is a classic Kenyan adventure, offering an incredible diversity of landscapes and wildlife. You'll experience the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, famous for its high density of predators and the annual Great Migration. Next, visit Lake Nakuru National Park, a birdwatcher's paradise known for its vast flocks of flamingos and rhino sanctuary. The journey concludes in Amboseli National Park, where iconic herds of elephants roam against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak. Day 1: Drive Nairobi - Masai Mara

Pick up from your hotel at around 7:30-8am and drive to Masai Mara. Have a stopover at the Great Rift Valley view point for a breathtaking view of the floor of the Rift Valley. Proceed drive to arrive in time for check in and hot lunch at the camp. In the afternoon you will go for a game drive in Mara Reserve in search of the big 5 and return to the camp at dusk for dinner and overnight stay at Mara Olodare Camp or any budget camp available.

Day 2: Masai Mara full day Exploring the reserve

After early breakfast depart with picnic lunch and you will spend the full day exploring this unique reserve which really forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park.  Spend most of the day enjoying morning and evening game drives before returning at dusk for dinner and overnight stay at Mara Olodare Camp or any other budget camp available.

Day 3: Check out and and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast check out and you may decide to enjoy an optional visit to the Maasai village where you will interact with the Maaa community as you learn about their way of life and culture. Later on, proceed to drive to Nakuru with lunch on the way. Arrive at Nakuru in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at Buraha Zenoni Hotel & Resort or any budget camp available.

Day 4: Morning Game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park and drive to Amboseli

After an early breakfast, depart for a morning game drive at Lake Nakuru National park where we hope you will have the sight of flamingos. Have your cameras ready as here you will see lots of Rhinos. Exit the park mid-morning and you will continue drive to Amboseli arriving for dinner and overnight at Manjaro Tented Camp or any budget camp available.

Day 5: Full day at Amboseli National Park

You will wake up to amazing views of Mount Kilimanjaro if the weather permits. On this day, you will embark on morning and evening game drives in this wonderful park where Mount Kilimanjaro’s background offers good photographic scenery. It is coupled with animals on the ground, the Big 5, herds of elephants and the prolific birdlife in this African wilderness park. Return for dinner and overnight at Manjaro Tented Camp or any budget camp available.

Day 6: Drive to Nairobi

After breakfast, check out and embark on your journey back to Nairobi and upon arrival you will be dropped off at Nairobi.
