This gives you full peace of mind that your safari is reserved, protected, and fully organized in advance of travel.

We use well maintained 4×4 safari vehicles designed for comfort, safety and great game viewing. Each vehicle is equipped with a pop-up roof for clear sightings and photography while on safari. Our vehicles are regularly serviced, spacious and driven by experienced driver guides familiar with the terrain. This ensures a smooth safari experience across different parks and conditions throughout East Africa.

How do I book a trip with Cross Wild Safaris?

Booking with Cross Wild Safaris is easy. Browse our itineraries on the website and choose one you like, or suggest a similar option. Share your travel dates, destination, number of guests and preferred experience. We will prepare a customized itinerary and quote for your review. Once approved, a deposit confirms the booking and we finalize all arrangements for you.

If you need to make changes to your booking, simply contact us with the adjustments you would like. We will review your request and do our best to accommodate the changes based on availability and company policies.

Yes you can. We arrange hotel bookings, airport transfers and local transportation even without a full safari package.

We recommend booking early especially for peak seasons to secure availability in top parks in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through bank transfer and approved online payment platforms. Once your itinerary is confirmed, we will share the official payment instructions with the authorized account details. You may choose the method that is most convenient and reliable from your country. Our team will also guide you on the best option to ensure fast, smooth and safe processing of both deposit and balance payments.

A deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due before travel according to your final itinerary and invoice.

Refund terms depend on hotel, airline and park policies. We clearly share cancellation terms before payment is made.
