Cross Wild Safaris was born from a deep love for Africa’s wild beauty and one woman’s unwavering dream to share it with the world.

After spending over a decade working as a tour consultant, our founder, Ann Njeri, saw firsthand what makes a safari truly unforgettable: not just the wildlife, but the people, the stories, and the personal touch. Her years of experience connecting travelers with East Africa’s most iconic destinations shaped a bold vision, to create a safari company that offers more than just game drives, but meaningful, personalized journeys rooted in local expertise and genuine hospitality.

This year, together with Kennedy Ndwashe a seasoned tour guide/driver with over 15 years of experience, and also has travelled around all major safari destinations in Kenya and Tanzania, came together and launched Cross Wild Safaris. With a combination of over 20 years of expertise and knowledge, What started as a leading custom safaris with a small group of passionate guides has since grown into a trusted, homegrown safari company, known for tailor-made experiences, hands-on service, and a deep respect for East Africa’s people, wildlife, and landscapes.

Today, Cross Wild Safaris offers a wide range of adventures; from the legendary plains of the Masai Mara, to the flamingo-fringed lakes of the Great Rift Valley, the elephant-dotted shadows of Mount Kilimanjaro, and the palm-lined shores of Diani Beach and the Kenyan Coast. We’ve also expanded to offer seamless fly-in packages, luxury bush escapes, and coastal getaways, allowing our guests to experience both the wild and the serene sides of East Africa.
