Overview

This 8-day mid-range safari is a quintessential Kenyan adventure, meticulously designed to offer unparalleled wildlife viewing and breathtaking landscapes. Your journey takes you through the country's most iconic parks:

• Masai Mara National Reserve: World-renowned for its high density of big cats and the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration. This is the heart of Big 5 territory.

• Lake Nakuru National Park: A bird-lover's paradise, famous for its vast flocks of pink flamingos lining the shores. It's also a fantastic rhino sanctuary, offering excellent chances to see both black and white rhino.

• Amboseli National Park: Best known for its large herds of elephants and the stunning, photogenic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak.

This itinerary combines classic game drives with unique experiences like visiting Hell's Gate National Park, ensuring a diverse and unforgettable East African safari.

Day 1: Drive Nairobi / Masai Mara National Reserve

You will be picked up at your hotel of stay and commence drive to Masai Mara Reserve. Have a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for a breathtaking view of the floor of the Rift Valley. Proceed drive to arrive for check-in and lunch at the camp. Spend the rest of the day at leisure or you may opt to visit the Maasai village and interact with the Maa community and learn their way of life at the village. Dinner and overnight stay at your Lodge or camp.

Day 2 and 3: Masai Mara – Two Full Days Exploring Masai Mara National Reserve with views of the Wildebeest Migration

After an early breakfast, set out for a full day of adventure in the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. This remarkable park forms the northern extension of the legendary Serengeti National Park, creating one of the most spectacular ecosystems on earth. Spend the day exploring its rolling savannahs, acacia-dotted plains, and winding rivers that teem with wildlife.

Keep your eyes peeled for the Big Five; lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos,  as well as cheetahs sprinting across the plains, graceful giraffes browsing on tall trees, and vast herds of wildebeest and zebras grazing together. Bird enthusiasts will also enjoy spotting colorful species like lilac-breasted rollers, crowned cranes, and secretary birds.

In the afternoon, descend to the Mara River, the natural border between the Masai Mara and Serengeti, where thousands of wildebeest and zebras brave the crocodile-filled waters in their dramatic journey across East Africa. As the sun sets over the golden plains, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4:Visit Maasai Village Then Drive To Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, Visit the Maasai village where you will learn the communities way of life, afterwards check out and proceed to Lake Nakuru National park with lunch on the way. Arrive for dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 5: Game Drive at Lake Nakuru National Park and Drive to Lake Naivasha

Enjoy an early morning game drive at the magnificent Lake Nakuru National Park, where you’ll have the chance to spot a wide variety of wildlife, including rhinos, buffaloes, and the endangered Rothschild giraffe. After the game drive, return to your lodge for breakfast, followed by check-out. Begin your journey toward Lake Naivasha with lunch on the way. Continue your drive through the picturesque Great Rift Valley, arriving at Lake Naivasha in the evening. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge, relax, and later savor a delicious dinner before settling in for an overnight stay surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the lake.

Day 6: Hells Gate Visit and Drive to Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, depart for Hells Gate visit and here you also enjoy bike cycling, nature walk at sanctuary and boat riding in Lake Naivasha. Thereafter proceed drive to Amboseli National park with lunch on the way. Arrive in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at your Lodge.

Day 7: Game Drive at Amboseli National Park

Very early morning, weather permitting, you should be able to see snowcapped Mt. Kilimanjaro which has spectacular views. Proceed for a game drive in the park where you will enjoy Amboseli Jumbos among other wildlife You will also have the opportunity to spot a variety of other wildlife including lions, cheetahs, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, buffaloes, and an abundance of bird species that inhabit the wetlands. You will also be taken to the Observation Point and have a look at the park from here. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge.

Day 8: Drive to Nairobi

After breakfast, check out of the park and continue drive to Nairobi with lunch on the way. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at airport.

This will mark the end of our safari.
